Fresh from our beachside kitchen to your table, this hand-shaped  sourdough loaf is everything you love about old-world breadmaking—crisp, golden crust on the outside, soft and pillowy on the inside. 

Made with King Arthur bread flour and our 20+ year-old starter affectionately named Sassy, each loaf cold ferments for up to 12 hours to deepen flavor and develop that signature tang. This loaf is perfect for slicing, toasting, sandwiching, or simply tearing apart with warm butter.

Locals say it rivals San Francisco’s best—and we agree.
