Crafted with our signature cold-fermented dough and brought to life by Sassy, our 20+ year-old starter, each loaf bakes up with a golden crust and soft, flavorful interior. The caramelized onions melt into the crumb while the cheeses add a rich, nutty depth in every bite.
How to Enjoy It:
